Hilyard’s Business Solutions and Collins Business Systems, Inc. were both founded more than 50 years ago. They were both passed down through a single family. And they both offer communications and technology support to businesses.
As of Tuesday, the two family-owned businesses have merged.
“We are truly a one stop shop for any business,” said Robert Hilyard, CEO of Hilyard’s Business Solutions, in a news release. “The merger of Collins Business Systems, Inc. will enhance our ability to fully cover the products needed by our customers.”

The company now serves customers throughout Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and the Eastern Shore.
