The Seventh Street Arts Bridge Sculpture Garden will be dedicated tomorrow at 5:30 p.m.

The garden, dubbed InTreeGuing by artist Andre Reyneard, its creator, is at 301 W. Seventh Street. It is adjacent to the iNSPIRE Lot, the open space for creative events in Wilmington’s Creative District.

The dedication at Seventh and Tatnall Streets will feature several speakers — Wilmington Council President Theo Gregory, Councilwoman Hanifa Shabazz, Olakunle Oludina and Poet Nnamdi Chukwuocha .

Entertainment is scheduled at the iNSPIRE Lot at 2150127 W. Seventh Street after the dedication.

“It is a pleasure to honor Andre Reyeard for his time and dedication to the production of the sculpture garden,” said Carrie W. Gray, managing director of Wilmington Renaissance Corporation. “The installation of “InTreeGuing” brought together neighbors and strangers as they worked side by side to ‘plant’ this garden.  It is another example of how art builds community.”
