Business owners and new start-ups are invited to a free small-business check-up on August 23.
Presented by the Delaware Small Business Development Center, the U.S. Small Business Administration and the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Milford, topics will include properly insuring your small business or nonprofit; accounting; leading and developing people; and business resiliency and longevity, including preparing for the unexpected.
All attendees will receive a free business resiliency workbook.
Speakers include: William Pfaff, director of the development center’s Kent and Sussex programs; Angela Dorey of Dorey Insurance & Financial Services in Milford; Craig Lytle, president of Income & Estate Planning Partners in Wilmington, and Tammy Ordway, a partner with Faw Casson CPA firm in Dover.
