Rita’s Italian Ice franchise opening in Greenville

A new Rita’s Italian Ice is opening in Greenville at the 3842B Kennett Pike in the Powder Mill Square Shopping Mall.
The grand opening celebration will take place on Saturday, June 30. The shop will offer discounted Italian ice and gelati all day. The first 50 customers will also receive a year’s worth of Rita’s Italian ice.
“Being a Philadelphia native, I always looked forward to the first day of spring at Rita’s – that was when you really knew that the sun and warmth were coming.” said D’yani DeSantis, owner of the franchise. “We were drawn to Greenville, because there really aren’t any sweet treat shops here and we wanted Rita’s to be the first.”
The Rita’s will also collect donations at the event for Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children.
