PRSA elects Leon Tucker, president

Leon Tucker, communications director for Habitat for Humanity, has been elected president of the Public Relations Society of America’s Delaware chapter.

“I’m both honored and humbled to have been entrusted  with representing this important organization,” said Tucker. “I’m looking forward to serving the many talented public relations professionals across the state who are part of the PRSA Delaware family.”

Tucker has been a member of PRSA Delaware for nearly three years and served on the board as president-elect last year.

Previously, he was a journalist and editor with several newspapers, including The News Journal. He also served as an adjunct professor of journalism at Delaware State University.
