Poll: How has your company responded to the #metoo movement?

With the rise of the #metoo movement and the blockbuster scandals that sparked it, sexual harassment has become a topic of discussion in workplaces far removed from Hollywood or Capital Hill. Identifying and addressing sexual harassment is now a priority for companies large and small and both top executives and brand new employees.

We’d like to hear if your company has responded to the issue with anything from additional education to revised anti-harassment policies since the #metoo movement kicked off late last year. Some companies have simply doubled down on existing policies, while others are perhaps starting from scratch. Where does your company fit in?
