What sets your business apart?
Originally founded by Verino Pettinaro as a home-improvement company more than 50 years ago, Pettinaro has become one of the most diverse Delaware companies, with projects throughout the state, as well as Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland. In 2014, Verino Pettinaro was inducted into the Delaware Business Leaders Hall of Fame by Junior Achievement.

Pettinaro has made a major impact on the local landscape, revitalizing outdated properties into exclusive places to work and live, and completing office and retail opportunities in the area. Over the years, we have completed projects that include Hodgson Vo-Tech High School, the University of Delaware’s Morris Library and the Wilmington Amtrak Train Station.
