ILC Dover named David Radspinner as President of the Pharmaceutical/Biopharmaceutical Business Unit, effective December 14, 2020.

In his new role, Dr. Radspinner is expected to contribute to ILC Dover’s continued growth by building and leading a high-performance team to deliver high-value single-use workflow solutions to global pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical markets.

Dr. Radspinner brings extensive experience in global life sciences to ILC Dover. He previously served as Vice President & General Manager, Global Commercial Transition at Cytiva (previously GE Healthcare) and other senior roles. Prior to Cytiva, David held roles of increasing scope and responsibility at Thermo-Fisher Scientific, Sanofi-Aventis, and Eli Lilly & Co.

David Radspinner earned his PhD in Analytical Chemistry from University of Arizona and holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Wabash College.

Elisabeth S. Bradley represents companies, directors, officers and shareholders in corporate litigation matters, primarily in the Delaware Court of Chancery.  Elisabeth draws on her broad experience in Delaware corporate law and procedure to develop and execute strategies for her clients in a variety of disputed matters, including, for example, advancement and indemnification demands, books and records demands, corporate and alternative entities governance disputes and post-transaction escrow and indemnification matters.

Jaime Luton Chapman counsels clients in complex bankruptcy and restructuring matters and has a wide range of experience in Chapter 11 and Chapter 15 proceedings and out-of-court restructurings representing debtors, official and ad hoc committees, foreign representatives, lenders, sponsors, and asset purchasers.  She is known for her ability to develop resourceful and practical ways to achieve success for her clients that take into account not just legal issues but also business issues.

Jaime is admitted to practice in the State of Delaware.  She is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association and a member of the bar’s Bankruptcy and Litigation Sections. She is also a member of the American Bar Association.

Michael P. Stafford represents public and private schools in a variety of student and employment matters, including special education disputes, student rights and discipline, collective bargaining, and staff termination issues. He works with school administrators to develop or revise policies and procedures and provides school staff development and training on a wide variety of topics.

Mike also counsels employers on a variety of labor and employment law issues. He is known for providing practical solutions to complex workplace problems so clients can remain focused on their strategic objectives.

“Over the years, our clients have appreciated the depth of Mike’s labor and employment knowledge in both the public and private sector,” said Scott A. Holt.  “I am pleased to share that not only will Mike become a partner on January 1, 2021, he will also take over responsibilities from me to Chair Young Conaway’sLabor and Employment Department.”

Mike is a graduate of Duke University School of Law (J.D.). He earned his undergraduate degree (B.A.) from Washington College, where he graduated magna cum laude.

Mike is admitted to practice in the State of Delaware.  He is a member of the Labor and Employment Section of both the Delaware State and American Bar Associations.  He is also a member of the Education Law Association.


Andrew Sabine

Andrew Sabine and Kevin Goldner have joined Becker Morgan Group in its civil engineering department as civil designers.  The firm’s civil engineering department was established in 1993 and has become a pillar of Becker Morgan Group’s fully integrated team. New hires Andrew and Kevin will allow Becker Morgan Group to expand its civil engineering capabilities with a continued focus on responsive client service.

Andrew Sabine is a graduate of the University of Delaware (UD), where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. During his time at UD, he was a member of Delta Tau Delta, where he enjoyed supporting fundraising initiatives for the Wounded Warriors Project. Since joining the firm, Andrew has contributed to several projects, including a future Acute Health Care Facility in Georgetown, Delaware.

Kevin Goldner

Kevin Goldner joins the team with experience as a project engineer. He is a graduate of Valparaiso University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.  Since joining the firm, Kevin has contributed to several projects, most recently the development of a 300 Acre Solar Project known as the Walther in Harrington, Delaware.

Becker Morgan Group’s Civil Engineering department maintains licensure in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and North Carolina. The department offers full-service civil engineering deliverables, including utility and infrastructure design, site planning, land planning, master planning, and site design. By working in tandem with the client, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders, Becker Morgan Group focuses on the entire solution, leading to exceeding schedule expectations, efficient permitting, and successful projects.


Adriane Gallagher

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Gallo Realty is pleased to announce that Lewes Rental Manager, Adriane Gallagher, has been awarded two distinctive honors from the Sussex County Association of REALTORS (SCAOR).

For the 2021 year, Adriane has been named the REALTOR of the Year for Sussex County. Furthermore, Adriane has also been awarded the Alma Ashley Rental Service Award.  Given annually by SCAOR, this award commemorates Alma Ashley.  Ashley is remembered for her excellence in customer service as one of the first rental agents along the Delaware coast.

“These awards are based on commitment and involvement within the SCAOR Association.  The recipient must show leadership, and dedication centered around community service.  Adriane has been very involved with the SCAOR community, serving several years on the board of the SCAOR Community Service Foundation, as well as being the current Treasurer of SCAOR,” stated Gallo Realty Vice President, Andrew Ratner.

“In addition to her community dedication, Adriane also played an integral role this year during the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic.  She worked directly with the state government establishing guidelines for the vacation rental business.  Adriane’s leadership in this capacity enabled the vacation rental business to remain open throughout the summer season.  She led a state-wide task force that established best practices for the industry while dealing with the pandemic, and her team’s recommendations to the Governor were impactful,” added Ratner.  “Adriane is certainly well-deserving of each of these awards, and our entire company thanks her for her dedication to community service.”
