Robin Palumbo Thompson, a sales agent with BHHS Gallo Realty, has been named a Five Star Real Estate Agent, recognizing that she is among an elite group in Delaware.
“I am so pleased to have achieved this designation,” said Palumbo Thompson. “Providing excellent customer service is my highest priority. I enjoy all of the aspects of my job, but working with clients is my favorite part.”
The Five Star Real Estate Agent Award recognizes professionals who excel in client satisfaction. All award-winners are chosen after undergoing rigorous research, including client nominations and evaluations, regulatory requirements, and a review by an industry Blue Ribbon Panel.
“I am so proud to have such a dedicated professional on our team,” said Sandy Wright, broker and sales manager of the Lewes office. “I particularly appreciate all of the hard work that Robin demonstrated adapting to the 2020 market. She rose to the challenge and continues to be successful.”
Scott H. Kintzing has joined WSFS Bank as Senior Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager for Commercial Banking. Kintzing’s primary focus is to develop and service commercial lending Customers in the Southern New Jersey market.
“Our New Jersey lending team is extremely excited to have Scott join WSFS,” said Gary Farnesi, Director of Commercial Lending. “Scott has been a leader in the Southern New Jersey commercial lending market for more than 45 years. His deep knowledge of the market, relationships and creative problem solving will be an asset to both Customers and the Bank.”
Kintzing joins WSFS with more than 45 years of administrative, credit, commercial lending and business development experience. Most recently, he served as Vice President at Investors Bank and previously served as Market President at Cornerstone Bank and President of the New Jersey Division at Fulton Financial Corporation.
“I am very excited to join the WSFS team and look forward to further deepening our relationships with Customers,” said Kintzing. “For more than four decades, I have been committed to the South Jersey market and look forward to helping to grow the regional economy through local lending and using my local knowledge to serve Customers’ evolving needs.”
Kintzing is a resident of Thorofare, NJ. He received his B.A. in Political Science from Gettysburg College, his M.B.A. from Drexel University and he attended the Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
Stephen Capelli, Rotary District Governor of Salisbury, MD, has joined the Board of Directors for Easterseals Delaware & Maryland’s Eastern Shore.
“As Governor of District 7630, I have the honor of serving on the Easterseals Board of Directors. As a Rotarian, it has been my pleasure to assist with Camp Fairlee work days for the last 10 years. It is always fun to sharpen old skills or learn new ones while assisting to make Camp Fairlee a great place for campers to make life-long memories,” Capelli said. “My District Rotary theme is ‘Engage and Make A Difference’ and when I leave a Camp Fairlee work day I know that I have done just that! Thank you to Easterseals and its outstanding staff members for providing that opportunity for meaningful service to me and all Rotary District 7630 Rotarians.”
Capelli is District Governor for Rotary District 7630, which includes the areas served by Easterseals, and has served as an active Rotarian for over 45 years. His 51 year career revolved around education and administration. After several years teaching in both high school and college settings he moved to administration. He spent 33 years at Wor-Wic Community College as Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs and was granted Emeritus status upon his retirement in 2017. He has served on several boards including, Mid-Delmarva Family YMCA, United Way of the Lower Eastern Shore and the Wicomico County Career Technology Education Advisory Committee. He earned both a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees and a Doctor of Philosophy degree.
