TidalHealth announced the addition of Julie Berry, MD, to TidalHealth Ear, Nose & Throat Surgery in Millsboro, Del.

Dr. Berry received her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame. She received her medical degree from the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine in La Jolla, Calif., where she graduated first in her class. She then completed her general surgery internship at the University of Maryland Medical System in Baltimore, Md., where she also completed her residency in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery and served as chief resident.

Dr. Berry is board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology. She is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Berry served as Chief of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Andrews Air Force Base and Chief of Subspeciality Surgery at Tri-City Medical Center in Oceanside, Calif. She comes with a wealth of clinical and research experience and has received numerous awards over the years, including the prestigious Top Doctor award for San Diego County. She is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.

When she is not seeing patients, she enjoys running, traveling and sewing. Her passion is in theatrical costume design and production, with several of her pieces appearing on Broadway.


WSFS Bank announced the promotion of Terry Kistler to senior vice president, regional manager of the Southern Delaware region.

As regional manager, Kistler will oversee 13 banking offices located in Southern Delaware. He will focus on developing business opportunities within the region, as well as overseeing the operation and sales of the banking offices. Kistler will emphasize coaching and training, some of his passions and key to building a strong team.

“I look forward to working with my fellow Associates to grow the Southern Delaware Region and continue to show our current and future Customers why WSFS Bank is the right partner for them and their businesses,” Kistler said.

The Delaware Division of Small Business (DSB) is helping many small business owners overcome this hurdle through its Encouraging Development, Growth and Expansion (EDGE) Program.

Kistler is a graduate of Titusville Senior High School, and his management and customer service experience comes from several years in hospitality before making the shift to the financial industry.

Kistler resides in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, and is deeply ingrained in the local Community through volunteer work independently and with Team WSFS. He has served on various boards and volunteers with several local nonprofits. Currently, Kistler sits on the Rehoboth Main Street Board where he is chair of the Promotions Committee. He previously served on the board of the Rehoboth Beach Film Society and the Rehoboth Beach Bears.


Integrity Staffing Solutions announced Dorina Olloni, a data entry clerk from Tempe, AZ, has been named the 2025 National Staffing Employee of the Year All-Star in the Clerical/Administrative Sector by the American Staffing Association. This prestigious award highlights the top staffing employees across the nation, and Dorina’s exceptional contributions have earned her this well-deserved recognition.

Dorina began her career with Integrity Staffing Solutions in April 2022 on a seasonal assignment with JPMorgan. Thanks to her outstanding work ethic, she quickly became a core associate, extending her employment beyond the original contract. Her dedication and commitment to the client’s culture led to her full-time hiring in October 2023. Dorina’s journey is a remarkable example of how temporary work can lead to permanent career growth.

The National Staffing Employee of the Year program recognizes the country’s most outstanding temporary and contract workers. In 2023, U.S. staffing companies employed 2.4 million such workers, and Dorina stood out among them, securing this national award for her excellence in the Clerical/Administrative category.

Easterseals Delaware & Maryland’s Eastern Shore welcomed Walter Kowal, of Wilmington, DE, to its Board of Directors.

“As a physical therapist and now as someone who oversees healthcare services at Nemours Children’s Health, Delaware Valley, I have devoted my life to providing healthcare to people in need,” Kowal said. “As someone who has lived and worked for the last 20+ years in the coverage area of Easterseals Delaware & Maryland’s Eastern Shore, I would love nothing more than to contribute to the Easterseals mission as a member of the Board.”

Kowal is an accomplished healthcare leader with 20+ years of experience overseeing multiple departments in various healthcare settings. He currently serves as the Vice President of Business Operations Hospital-Based Services at Nemours Children’s Health System where he has been employed since 2019. He earned a bachelor’s degree in communication and master’s degrees in physical therapy and business administration. Kowal obtained a board certification as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He serves as the Treasurer on the board of Living Beyond Breast Cancer. Kowal lives with his wife Laura and two children.

“Ensuring that all people with disabilities and their families have equal opportunities to live, learn, work, and play in their communities is vitally important to the community,” Kowal said. “It takes people willing to give back to help ensure people with disabilities reach their maximum potential. I would like nothing more than to make sure that happens in my own community.”
