Patterson-Woods Commercial Properties/CORFAC International, a commercial real estate services firm specializing in the Mid-Atlantic commercial property markets, announced record sales and leasing activity for 2015.
Their largest sale and lease transactions of the year were in the office market. Patterson-Woods represented both the seller and the buyer in the sale of a 455,000 sq. ft. office complex spanning 36 acres at Barley Mill Plaza in Wilmington. Odyssey Charter School, Inc. purchased the site for a K-12 school.
Patterson-Woods also represented the landlord in a 65,941 sq. ft., ten-year lease of 824 N Market Street. The tenant, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, occupies approximately 33 percentof the building.
The company also represented buyers or sellers of a school at 326 Ruthar Drive in Newark, a 78,800-square-foot industrial property at 2012 Firedancer Lane in Bear, 20-unit multi-family complex at 420-458 Smyrna-Clayton Boulevard in Smryna, a 13,000-square-foot investment property at 700-750 Barksdale Road in Newark and a retail property at 20859 Coastal Highway in Rehoboth.
