The Honorable Noel Eason Primos yesterday was formally sworn in for his first term as Judge of the
Superior Court of Delaware. His predecessor, Judge Robert Young, retired earlier this year.
Primos worked for the law firm Schmittinger and Rodriguez for 24 years. He graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1986 and Yale University in 1989.
Primos served as a judicial clerk to Judge William H. Barbour, Jr., chief judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi. Judge Primos has been an active member of the Delaware
