Harry’s Seafood Grill is now called Banks Seafood Kitchen.

Behind the change is Chef Dave Banks, who became the sole owner of the Wilmington Riverfront restaurant back in October 2017 after ending his 30-year partnership with Xavier Teixido.

Banks was formerly the executive chef for the entire Harry’s Hospitality Group. He sold his shares in Kid Shelleen’s to Harry’s Group principals Teixido and Kelly O’ Hanlon for an undisclosed sum.

Banks now owns and manages the newly renamed Banks Seafood Kitchen and the Harry’s Fish Market + Grill kiosk in the nearby Wilmington Riverfront Market.

The restaurant installed a new sign Monday morning. The website has also changed to reflect the new name and logo.
