New Castle County launches government transparency site

WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) — New Castle County officials are launching an effort to improve government transparency for area residents.
County Executive Matthew Meyer was scheduled to join board members of the Delaware Coalition For Open Government and other advocates on Monday to launch an interactive government transparency website.
Officials say the new website is the most comprehensive open-government initiative ever undertaken by county government.
