Lighthouse Cove Development Company (LCDC) announced that Nason Construction of Wilmington will serve as the general contractor for the next phase of development at the Lighthouse Cove resort in Dewey Beach.
The next phase of construction, scheduled to begin in September 2016, will include 27 additional luxury condominium units, including expanded parking, rooftop pool and plaza.
