BUFFALO, N.Y. — M&T Bank was the No. 1 Small Business Administration lender in Delaware for the 2016 federal fiscal year.
M&T made 37 percent of all SBA loans in the Delaware district. It was ranked No. 1 in total loans. The bank made 61 SBA loans totaling $5 million.
