Louisa and Jim Teoli with Brother Ronald Giannone, executive director of the Ministry of Caring, at the dedication of the Ministry of Caring’s new administrative offices at 115 E. 14th St. The new offices, to be called The Ministry of Caring Building, are dedicated to the late Mary and James A. Teoli, who were among the original ministry volunteers and allowed Giannone to use their car for his work.
The move concentrates the nonprofit’s administration on 14th Street, moved from the Andrisani Building at Sixth and Scott Streets and the ministry’s office at 506 N. Church St., which it has occupied since 1986. About 20 administrators and staff, including Giannone, will work from the new headquarters building.
