The Delaware Division of Small Business, Development & Tourism is launching a new marketing campaign called “Unlock the Block” in downtown Dover.
The effort aims to find tenants for vacant commercial properties and promote Dover as a viable location for new businesses.
State and local officials, including Gov. John Carney and Acting Director of the Division Linda Parkowski, will talk about the initiative at a launch event Monday, April 9.

Speakers will also highlight commercial locations currently seeking tenants.
The event will take place at 202 West Loockerman Street at 1:00 p.m.
