The event featured alumni, students, delegates from other colleges and universities, staff, counselors, librarians, faculty, administrators, past presidents, trustees and distinguished speakers representing Delaware Tech and the state’s high schools, colleges and universities, business and industry and the General Assembly.

Gov. Jack Markell was the guest speaker. JPMorgan Chase and Delaware Tech’s Board of Trustees were sponsors for the ceremony, and made contributions to the College’s 50th Anniversary Fund in honor of Brainard.
