The Technology Forum of Delaware this month is hosting a showcase of new technologies in the growing field of augmented reality.
Augmented reality is defined as computer-generated information that overlays the surrounding world as perceived by human beings. This requires some kind of headset or visual aid, which are becoming increasingly affordable. Many predict AR will become a part of our everyday lives.
The showcase at Wilmington University will bring together experts and firms to provide updates on the state of augmented reality and how it might be applied in future products.
The event will take place Wednesday, February 21 at 5:30-7:30 p.m.
