Emory Hill & Company has begun renovations at the Little Falls Centre on Centreville Road in Wilmington. The center consists of two four-story, glass-exterior buildings, each with 100,000 square feet of Class A office space.
The renovations, designed by Mitchell Associates and being constructed by Emory Hill & Company, include a new café and coffee bar, an expanded fitness center with a yoga room and new locker rooms, new restrooms, new conference rooms with updated technology, acoustic improvements, writeable surfaces, updated décor, and remodeled lobbies and common areas.
Center tenants include Gunnip, Morgan Stanley/Smith Barney, PNC and RBC Royal Bank.
