Willis has more than ten years of experience and specializes in estate planning (wills, durable powers of attorney, living wills, trusts) and business transactions (contract drafting and review, business counseling).

Willis attributes the decision to open a solo a practice to her desire for flexibility and the chance to focus on her favorite practice area, estate planning.

“Through this practice area, I aim to educate people about the importance of having a proper estate plan in place, and to streamline and simplify what can be an emotional, and seemingly overwhelming, process,” Willis said. “I hope to develop a reputation for providing a high level of legal service, while placing the highest priority on professionalism, personal attention, and responsiveness.”

Willis adds that the new downtown location is exciting because it gives her the chance to play a part in the revitalization of Dover and the overall economic health of Kent County.

“I will continue offering my estate planning and business clients first-rate legal services, while never losing sight of the qualities that have made my practice a success so far: professionalism, kindness, accessibility, and an appreciation for the fact that every client has unique needs and objectives,” Willis said.
