JP Morgan Chase buys commercial real estate

JP Morgan Chase purchased a commercial development parcel at Second and King Streets from Brandywine Realty Trust on Dec. 17, according to a deed filed in the New Castle County Recorder of Deeds Office.

No price was disclosed on the deed.

Separately, Brandywine Realty Trust reported selling a 1.6 acre parcel at the corner of Second and King Streets for $6.5 million last week.

Neither company would comment on the sale of the property adjacent to the JP Morgan Chase building.
