Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant on Thursday announced the opening of its third location in the Rehoboth area. The Delaware-based chain plans to open 20 locations by 2020. The latest location on Route 1 at 19815 Coastal Highway marks the 14th.

“Opening in Rehoboth and offering our trademark hospitality to the area means a great deal to the Iron Hill family,” said Co-Founder Kevin Finn. “We obviously have always had strong ties to our home state and this new initiative reinforces that ideal even further.”

Designed by Colorado-based Bray Architechture, the 425-seat restaurant will employ about 100 full and part time staff. It will feature an on-site brewing facility, producing seasonal beers such as the Rehoboth-inspired Breakwater IPA.

The restaurant will operate Monday to Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m., Thursday and Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 1 a.m., Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 11.
