Intellitec Solutions, a Wilmington-based consulting firm, announced an initiative today that will move the customer relationship management firm into the senior care business.
The company will partner with PointClickCare, a cloud-based software platform, to offer an accounting solution to senior care facilities that integrates directly with electronic health records.
The goal is to provide long-term and post-acute senior care facilities with a means to record, track and access critical business information.
“With all the changes in the Long Term/Post-Acute Care marketplace, there is an increasing need to have financial data integrate with the clinical, non-financial and third-party data for a holistic view of organization,” said Rick Sommer, president of Intellitec Solutions, in a statement.
