Incyte partners with the University of Pennsylvania

Incyte Corp, a pharmaceutical research company focused on developing cancer therapies, announced this morning that it’s partnering with the Abramson Cancer Center at the University of Pennsylvania, a hub for cancer research.

The goal of the collaboration is to share the knowledge and expertise of top drug discovery and development scientists.

In the long-term, the aim is to better understand cancer biology and foster innovation in the practice of immunotherapy, and improve patient outcomes more quickly.

Incyte’s research and development team will work jointly with scientists from Abramson to come up with a collaborative model.
