Championing HR
Through Lyons HCM, Campanile works with clients to identify costly HR exposures and to enhance HR processes with services targeted to the specific needs of the organization following an extensive assessment of their HR function. Her services encompass all stages of the employment lifecycle — position descriptions and compensation, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, leave coordination, retirement, and everything else that rests in between.
Champion Impact
This past year, Campanile served as a SHRM instructor for Delaware and DelMarVa chapters. She was the instructor for a study course for those seeking their formal SHRM certification (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP). This certification will provide participants with opportunities to contribute to the human resources field. During the last year, she conducted nine workshops and seminars on a variety of topics. She also partnered with several local universities to provide opportunities for paid internships with students providing exposure to the risk management field while adding mentoring opportunities for employees.
