Through sustained growth and sound investment since 1998, the HHA portfolio now includes commercial and industrial business campuses, retail shopping centers, “mixed use” resort projects, and hospitality ventures.

Describe a success you’re proud of:
While HHA today owns and manages more than 3 million square feet of commercial, retail, and warehouse space in Delaware, the company’s crowning achievement is the creation and redevelopment of the Twin Spans Business Park (TSBP), located in Old New Castle. Once a vacant, obsolete manufacturing facility, this 135-acre facility now encompasses 2 million square feet of Class A commercial warehouse, distribution, and office space, and is home to numerous Fortune 500 companies and more than 1,000 employees.
