Gallo sales volume reaches $306 million

Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Gallo Realty, the three-office real estate sale company based in Lewes, reported $306 million in sales volume in 2015, with 852 closed sales.

Its rental division reported more than 3,867 bookings for 2015, almost 100 more than 2014.

Gallo ranked number three among county realty companies in market share, but number one in units sold per agent, according to  company Vice President Andrew Ratner. Gallo hired 13 new agents and support staff in 2015.

In 2016, Gallo’s rental division will switch to a new property-management software to make rental transactions easier for guests and agents.  Gallo will offer new tools to its agents this year , including agent websites, video-marketing, more social media resources and a mobile app for each agent.
