After nearly 40 years in business, Fusco Management still employs our first-generation founder (Anthony Fusco, 85), as well as several second- and third-generation family business members. We have effectively implemented the vision and ground rules of founder Tony Fusco, including compensation based on contribution to the company and passing on generational success to those who have earned it and are capable of leading and running the business.

Starting with a seasonal Italian water ice storefront on Union Street in Wilmington’s Little Italy neighborhood, Fusco Management has grown to become a significant real estate owner and management company in New Castle County. Today, the company owns some 60 distinct parcels, with tenants diversified across more than 400 commercial leases.
