Dr. David J. Bailey to speak at Delaware State Chamber of Commerce’s Annual Dinner

Dr. David J. Bailey, CEO of The Nemours Foundation, will serve as keynote speaker at the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce’s 179th Annual Dinner on Jan. 11.
Dr. Bailey has been recognized by Modern Healthcare Magazine as one of the 50 Most Influential Physician Executives and was the only pediatrician to make the magazine’s 2014 list.
In 2015, Nemours celebrated the 75th anniversary of the first patient being admitted to the Alfred I. duPont Institute. Under Dr. Bailey’s leadership since 2006, Nemours has sharpened its strategic focus on becoming a voice for children’s healthcare.
The Annual Dinner is the largest of the state chamber’s annual events, with attendance over 900. The Josiah Marvel Cup, the chamber’s highest award, will also be presented at the dinner.
The dinner will begin at 6 p.m. Registration for state chamber members is $250 per person and $2,500 for a table of 10. Non-member rates are $300 per person and $3,000 for a table of 10.
