Delaware Tech expands nursing wing

Gov. Jack Markell spoke yesterday at the ribbon-cutting of Delaware Technical and Community College’s expanded nursing wing, a 20,000 square foot addition to its 10,000 square foot program space.
The new wing includes four state-of-the-art labs, clinical simulation space and additional classrooms.
The number of students enrolled has nearly doubled over the last 10 years, school officials said.
