Whisman Giordano & Associates, LLC, a Newark-based accounting and business consulting firm, today announced the completion of its merger with Haggerty & Haggerty, P.A.
James R. Zdimal and Vincent Barbone of Haggerty & Haggerty, P.A. have joined the new firm as directors.
