Tiffani Mitchell has gone from operating a small beauty service company out of a tiny apartment to operating two full-service salons called “La Belle,” located in Wilmington and Middletown. Mitchell and her staff offer various services and treatments for women of all walks of life, as well as trend-setting options like microblading. She keeps the business rooted in continuous education and training to adhere to the standards of the industry.
Mitchell has grown her business in just under five years, with plans to add a third store at the Pennsylvania Avenue Galleria in April 2019. Mitchell also uses her business to give back, helping with Sojourner’s Place fundraisers every year, which benefit homeless men and women who have struggled with drug addiction, by placing them in case-managed residential programs to help them achieve self-sufficiency. She also contributes to the LRFDE (Leukemia Research Foundation of Delaware), Limen House, Ministry of Caring (The Millennials of the Ministry) and the Chesapeake Inn Fundraiser for Brain Cancer Awareness and Scholarship Fund.
