Social media platform you can’t live without:
LinkedIn
Biggest break:
“I was mentored by an incredible lawyer, Robert Krapf; it was the biggest and best professional break of my career. He was first my boss, then my mentor, and now my law partner and friend.”
Two words that best describe you:
Hard worker.
Work/life balance technique you recommend:
“Running. I picked up running in my mid-30s and am now a regular runner. I ran my first marathon in March 2016 when I was going through a very difficult time in my life and it kept me up and going. It helps me clear my thoughts for the day and think about what is important both in the short and long term.”
Your advice for the next generation:
“Seek out mentors and take time to learn from their experience and perspective on life and work. Be patient. Do not expect immediate results and don’t act entitled. Wait, listen, learn and be careful and calculating about your goals and what you want from life.”
In one sentence, define success:
“Success is measuring yourself against your own last best performance and knowing you exceeded it and will continue to exceed it at the very next opportunity to do so.”
