While managing the largest Delaware commercial real estate portfolio at M&T Bank, Rachel Lindeman certainly has her hands full. Her responsibilities include working with some of largest developers in the state, involving her in some of the most notable project financings across all three counties. Lindeman also makes time for her colleagues, taking the initiative at M&T to create the first “Welcome Delaware” internal resource group. The group serves as the catalyst for providing new bank hires across the Delaware region.
Outside the vault, Lindeman sits on the board of directors for the Delaware Adolescent Program (DAPI). She is a member of the Delaware ULI chapter. She also serves as the president of the Delaware Real Estate Women (DREW) group, which she has “completely turned around,” according to vice president Joy Barrist. Lindeman is also involved in many philanthropic efforts in Delaware, working with the Delaware County SPCA (now Providence Animal Center) on large fundraising events.
