He single-handedly directed our team-building and events business for years, and has become known as “the face” of the Fun Dept. and our “Master of Fun.” He is an inspiration of hard work, dedication and selflessness, not only to the next generation, but also to his mentors.”

Your biggest break: “Meeting Nick Gianoulis 10 years ago just after he founded The Fun Dept. was by far my biggest break. It’s allowed me to do what I have done for the past 10 years: to have fun for a living. I have come to understand and grasp the importance and the expectation that comes with that statement.

Two words that best describe you: Compassionate and patient.

If you were in charge of Delaware: I am the proud son of two teachers. When I grew up, I was “in class” 24 hours a day and it resulted in how I crave “structured creativity” daily. I would love the chance to help young people affordably and efficiently access quality education.

In one sentence, define “success.” I have learned that success is defined so intimately and deeply by the individual. If you can set a goal and achieve it, that, to me, is success.
