“One simple, daily routine I try to live by is leaving my cell phone in my purse when I get home from work and not pulling it out until after the kids are in bed. I put in the time necessary for work, whether it is early in the morning, during the work day, or later in the evening, but when I get home I give myself two to three hours to be truly present with my family.”

“Work hard, surround yourself with others who work hard, and inspire others to work hard, too.”
