Your biggest break: In April 2016, my business was featured as the front-page story for DelawareOnline’s Innovator in Business.
Best career advice you ever got: Know your product, know your numbers, and whatever you don’t know, find someone who does.
Two words that best describe you: Brutally honest and risk-taker.
Work/life balance technique you recommend: Take care of home first and everything else will fall into place.
If you were in charge of Delaware: I would mandate that our high school and college students participate in community service for graduation credits. Additionally, there is a dire need to incorporate a new re-entry program for our prison/rehab treatment facilities. By implementing new partnerships with local businesses, as well as issuing strict compliance guidelines for the state agencies and community organizations, we can immediately address the heroin epidemic while saving money and lives.
