Since 2005, Joshua Titter has risen in the ranks of Bancroft Construction. He has supported a wide variety of projects for clients, including the Red Clay School District, Newark Charter School, Lincoln University and Wawa. He was promoted to project manager (and eventually senior project manager) with over $30 million worth of construction for Bancroft at Dover Air Force Base over the last 10 years. Titter is also an integral part of Bancroft’s Employee Development & Growth team, which aims to sustain a culture that attracts high-performing and engaged employees.
Titter is president and co-founder for Heart of Hope (also known as The Caralynn Titter Foundation), which aims to support, serve, educate and assist pediatric heart transplant families before, during and after transplantation. Titter and wife Mandy established Heart of Hope in 2012 after the passing of their daughter, Caralynn Mary Titter. They have since helped more than 30 families. Heart of Hope is currently working with Nemours/AIDHC to have a room built that families can utilize while in the hospital, and each year the Titter family helps organize the Heart of Hope 5K Run and Family Fun Event in Newark.
