Jason Russell is a partner at one of Delaware’s most prominent law firms. He handles some of the most challenging and noteworthy cases related to commercial law and Delaware’s economy at large. His clients include world-renowned companies and major Delaware businesses with strong ties to the local economy. Through his experience, Russell has become the go-to counsel for nonprofit organizations around the United States looking to establish Delaware entities as investment vehicles, such as solar and wind projects, the rehabilitation of historic buildings, and low-income housing. Russell is also chair of the Delaware State Bar Association’s Commercial Law Section, focusing on maintaining Delaware’s reputation as a leading jurisdiction for entity formation and commercial law.
In addition to his work with the Delaware State Bar Association, Russell is actively involved with the Sanford School in Hockessin, and he regularly participates in local charity events, such as the Drive for Autism and the Legend Foundation (for breast cancer awareness).
