Your biggest break: My biggest break in life came on June. Ironically, it is the day both of my sons were born, three years apart on the same day. They are my constant source of inspiration, dedication and aspiration.

Two words that best describe you: Dedicated and compassionate.

If you were in charge of Delaware: I would institute a mandatory element of volunteerism both for students from kindergarten to seniors in high school and for all employers throughout the state to require of their employees. I would make their graduation and tax deductions conditionally dependent on this to provide accountability. Too much of the human race is worried and consumed in the thought of, “What’s in it for me?” I believe that to give of yourself is to find yourself.”

In one sentence, define “success.” Success is to know that upon your departure from this life you have left the world a better than when you arrived in it.
