Angela Anacay has worked for Discover Financial Services for more than a decade. She is the youngest senior manager in her department and has helped grow her team to 60 specialized employees. Her regulatory knowledge has resulted in extensive expense and risk reduction, as well as the retirement of manual processing. The University of Delaware and Wilmington University graduate is also passionate about women in the workplace. She chaired a women’s employee resource group and volunteered with Girls on the Run and Serviam Girls Academy. In 2017, she was the lead organizer for the Women’s March on Washington for the state of Delaware.
Anacay is currently studying to become an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP). She has participated in a variety community service and volunteer activities, including the local Girls on the Run 5K, food preparation at the Ronald McDonald House and teaching financial literacy courses for the Girl Scouts and Serviam Academy. She also serves on the board of directors for Mary Ann’s List.
