Age: 34
Title: Attorney
Workplace: Morris James

Andrew Wilson began his legal career in the Empire State, but due to a challenging political climate at the time, decided to move to the First State in 2011, and his colleagues at Morris James LLP couldn’t be happier. Wilson managed to network his way into a management position in the state’s Democratic Party, and during the 2012 campaign cycle, was responsible for all voter outreach and contact in New Castle County. Soon after, he found himself running policy for the physicians of Delaware at the Medical Society of Delaware, helping to co-write the precursor legislation for the recently passed Mental Health Gun Bill (HB 302). Bridger also partnered with Attack Addiction to draft and pass the 911 Good Samaritan Bill, and later drafted, lobbied for, and helped unanimously pass the telemedicine law that put Delaware at the legal forefront nationally for the subject.

Wilson joined Morris James after passing the Delaware Bar Exam in 2016. He donates many hours of his time, giving non-partisan trainings on advocacy and elections for groups and nonprofits like the Urban League, Network Delaware, and the Alliance for Justice. He also serves as a volunteer youth attorney in family court and sits on the Planned Parenthood board of directors.
