DBT40 continues to be one of our most popular programs, meaning the applicants continue to grow in numbers and diversity.

This year’s class featured the second largest applicant pool in our history and we’re proud to report that the Class of 2023 features the largest representation of minority professionals in the program’s history at more than 37%.

We also hope that you consider attending our annual DBT40 awards ceremony from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Sept. 13 at Executive Banquet and Conference Center near Newark to meet some of our honorees in person. Tickets are available at https://delawarebusinesstimes.com/2023-dbt40/.
