Delaware Business Times Top 40 Under 40 DBT40 Class of 2023

The Delaware Business Times is excited to unveil its Top 40 Under 40 Class of 2023, its annual program known as the DBT40 that honors the First State’s best young professionals under the age of 40.

This year’s class is the 10th in the annual program and includes leaders from up and down the state in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors.

DBT40 continues to be one of our most popular programs, meaning the applicants continue to grow in numbers and diversity.

This year’s class featured the second largest applicant pool in our history and we’re proud to report that the Class of 2023 features the largest representation of minority professionals in the program’s history at more than 37%.

We also hope that you consider attending our annual DBT40 awards ceremony from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Sept. 13 at Executive Banquet and Conference Center near Newark to meet some of our honorees in person. Tickets are available at https://delawarebusinesstimes.com/2023-dbt40/.
