In this role I have the privilege to help America’s economy by providing funding solutions for small businesses throughout the United States by marrying conventional and alternative business funding tools.
Best career advice you ever got: To help others in business to be successful and do all things with determination and persistence to have a fulfilling, long-term career.
How you give back: I mentor other entrepreneurs who are actively pursuing business ownership. I am also a board member with the Delaware Council on Economic Education at the University of Delaware and PhiladelphiaFIGHT.
Networking group you use the most: I am part of the WeThink class of 2015. This group has a monthly networking event to support other women-owned and operated businesses in the state of Delaware and the surrounding communities.
Work-life balance technique you recommend: Being organized is the key. I set personal and professional goals I would like to accomplish monthly. I also schedule personal commitments on my professional calendar to ensure I maintain a work-life balance in my day-to-day life.
