CSC, formerly Corporation Service Company, today held a ribbon-cutting for their new global headquarters at the southeast corner of Lancaster Pike and Centerville Road.
Gov. John Carney and New Castle County Executive Matthew Meyer joined CEO Rod Ward III for the ceremony. More than 100 CSC employees and community leaders attended.
The new global headquarters is over 148,000 square feet and built on nearly 40 acres of land. The building and garage incorporate natural stone and native wood inspired by Delaware Valley’s historic barns and mills.
Building amenities include a grand lobby with fireplace and reception, a two-story cafeteria, outdoor dining, and an employee fitness center. Highlights of the interior space are electronic sit/stand desks, adjustable computer monitors, ergonomic chairs, sound masking, and flexible workspace options with enhanced Wi-Fi to reach throughout the campus.
“It’s a proud name for CSC and it’s a proud name for Delaware,” Ward said.
