National business publication Forbes partnered with market research company Statista to determine state-by-state the companies with more than 500 employees liked best by their workers.
In Delaware, the top dozen included a number of nominally Delaware-based companies, but only a handful actually headquartered here.
Christiana Care topped the list. Bayhealth in Dover and DowDuPont also cracked the top 10. The University of Delaware and the City of Wilmington ranked 11th and 12th respectively.

Companies that made the list that have a significant footprint in Delaware include Bank of America at number two, JP Morgan at number three, and Perdue Farms at number nine.
