Chesapeake Utilities announces a dividend

DOVER — Chesapeake Utilities Corporation, which has paid dividends to shareholders without interruption for 55 years, has declared another one.

The company will pay a quarterly cash dividend of $0.305 per share on the company’s common stock on October 5 to all shareholders of record at the close of business on September 15.
