At least 51 members of Congress have announced they will not attend Donald Trump’s swearing in, but all three members of Delaware’s Congressional delegation have announced they will attend – Democrat Congresswoman Lisa Blunt Rochester and Democrat Senators Tom Carper and Chris Coons.
